Welcome to Pawlates Studio (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By booking or attending our classes, purchasing memberships, or using our website, you (“you” or “member”) agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Eligibility & Participation
Human Participants: You must be 18+ years old, or accompanied by a parent/guardian if under 18.
Pet Participants: All dogs must be at least 6 months old, spayed/neutered (if over 1 year), and current on core vaccinations (rabies, distemper, parvovirus). Proof of vaccination may be requested.
Pet Behavior: Aggressive, overly anxious, or unhouse-trained pets are not permitted. We reserve the right to ask you to leave with your pet if their behavior endangers others.
2. Class Bookings & Cancellations
Booking: Classes are booked via our website or app. We recommend booking 24+ hours in advance to secure your spot.
Cancellations: To avoid a fee, cancel at least 12 hours before your class. Late cancellations or no-shows will forfeit the class (for class packs) or be charged a $15 fee (for memberships).
Rescheduling: You may reschedule a class up to 1 hour before the start time, subject to availability.
3. Memberships & Payments
Membership Terms: Monthly/annual memberships auto-renew unless canceled 7 days before the renewal date. Cancellations must be submitted in writing (email: [email]).
Refunds: Class packs and memberships are non-refundable but may be transferred to another person with 48 hours’ notice.
Late Payments: A $10 late fee applies to memberships unpaid after 5 days of the due date.
4. Liability & Waivers
Assumption of Risk: You acknowledge that physical activity (for humans) and pet interaction carry inherent risks (e.g., slips, minor scratches). By participating, you waive claims against Pawlates for injuries to yourself or your pet, except in cases of gross negligence.
Pet Responsibility: You are solely responsible for your pet’s behavior and any damage/injury they cause to people, other pets, or property.
5. Intellectual Property
All class routines, instructional materials, and branding (including “Pawlates”) are our exclusive property. You may not record, copy, or distribute these without written permission.
6. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms. Changes will be posted on our website, with the “Effective Date” updated. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
