Teaching Style
I’ll help you fix your posture—whether you’re hunched over a computer or dealing with old injuries—using Pilates principles that work with your dog by your side. For multi-pet families, I’ll show you how to include all your pups in the session without chaos. Expect clear cues, targeted exercises, and a calm environment where both you and your dogs feel challenged.
Me & My Pup
Bailey is part of a two-dog household—him and his sister, Bella. At first, getting both to focus during Pawlates was tricky! But I learned how to give each dog their own “job” during class, so they stay engaged and I can focus on helping clients with their form. Bailey’s the more laid-back one—he’ll lie under my mat while I teach, and Bella loves to “assist” by nudging clients’ hands during stretches. They’re living proof that multi-pet Pawlates works.
“Theo fixed my desk-induced slouch in just a few weeks, and my two dogs, Rex and Charlie, love his classes—they actually calm down instead of causing chaos!”
